DJ Turntables + Yamaha HS8s

The turntables are an edit of an EA mesh from Get Together. Get Together is not required, however they are only functional as a stereo object. I really like how the turntables look extracted, it has a much more spontaneous look. It’s also much more appropriate for a home or apartment (please EA) type setting.
After I edited the turntable object I thought the setup looked a little too bare. So this was the perfect time to create something which I think has been lacking, some really nice speakers. As a producer myself a few speakers came to mind, but I picked the Yamaha HS8s because they have a very iconic design and are probably the best looking. Overall I’m really happy with the result. They aren’t high poly, yet still have all the bumps and crevices that bring an object like this to life – you won’t find google-images-photoskinning here. The specular also turned out pretty good; it works nicely with all those bumps I was just talking about.
The turntables come in 2 swatches, the default EA texture, and the same but with UI on the screens (pictured). And the monitors also come in 2 swatches, black and white, maching the IRL models.
