The Chowder House V2 is CC-free and set up as a Restaurant venue to work with the Dine Out Game Pack. I’ve playtested it as both an owner and customer so it should work OK but let me know if anything is weird! Also, I’ve set up a custom menu and staff uniforms so hopefully that will carry over.

There are 33 places to sit - I tried to do a mix of table sizes. Sims can eat either indoors or outside. If you place the lot on the island in Windenburg, they can watch the sailboats go by while they eat and do a little fishing afterwards.

I didn’t really know what to do with the upstairs, so it’s just a game room. It gives your Sims something extra to do if they’re on a date. :)
