Hello all! I built this lot an excruciatingly long time ago. I never uploaded it because I could never totally finish off the interior to my satisfaction. @nicole-simsessed asked for just the shell. I said absolutely and threw together the tray files for it and some preview pics. This building was actually inspired by this Lego. I hope that everyone enjoys it and I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see pics of whatever anyone does with it! Don’t forget the CC below.

• Lot size: 20x20
• Lot location: “Paddywack’s Emporium” in Magnolia Promenade
• Game Packs: Get Together are Get To Work are essential. The landscaping will look VERY bare without Romantic Garden but that’s easily swapped out. Outdoor Retreat was used for one plant. Movie Hangout for the front door.
